The schedule of the oral presentations can be seen in the detailed programme.
Each session contains two invited speeches (25 minutes, including 5 minutes discussion) and 3 talks selected from the contributed abstracts (15 minutes, including 3 minutes discussion) so the total duration of the blocks is 95 minutes.
Make sure to bring your presentation file written on a USB flash drive. Presenters are kindly requested to give their presentation file to the technicians in the room, where the talk will take place, preferably one day before the corresponding session but at latest in the break before the session.
Please prepare your presentation in .ppt, .pptx (Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003-2017 format) or .pdf file. Please avoid using videos embedded in your show. If have a video, please inform the technician at the file upload to test it in advance.
Please note that using your own notebook is NOT RECOMMENDED.
